摘要
作为国家中医药发展综合改革试验区和国家第一批中医养生保健服务机构准入试点地区,浦东新区从2013年起开展中医养生保健服务机构管理试点研究,建立由辖区47家社区卫生服务中心基层协管员每半年进行全覆盖中医养生保健服务机构监督协管的工作模式。通过日常指导、安全隐患排查、违规服务项目劝导、整改追踪复查、政策宣传引导等,使中医养生保健服务逐步走上规范化发展轨道。
As the national pilot area for comprehensive reform of TCM development and the first batch of pilot areas for TCM health care service institutions,Pudong New Area has carried out pilot research on the management of TCM health care service institutions since 2013,and established a work mode of full coverage of TCM health care service institutions supervised and managed by grassroots coordinators of 47 community health service centers every six months.Through the ways of daily guidance,safety hazard investigation,illegal service project persuasion,rectification follow-up review,and policy propaganda and guidance,TCM health care service gradually embarked on the track of standardized development.
