摘要
目的为确保全院范围内紧急情况下提供可及的复苏术,建立院内紧急医疗救援团队,参与全院心肺骤停患者的抢救,及时抢救患者生命,提高心肺复苏抢救成功率,方法建立跨部门院内紧急医疗救援团队,采用回顾性研究,对呼叫了院内紧急医疗救援团队的266例患者信息进行统计分析。结果院内紧急医疗救援团队的抢救成功率与住院患者死亡率呈现显著负相关(P≤0.01),院内紧急医疗救援团队的建立有效的降低了心脏呼吸骤停患者的死亡率。结论建立院内紧急医疗救援团队有助于提高住院患者心脏骤停抢救成功率,提高就医环境的安全性及抢救患者的有效性,改善患者预后。
Objective In order to ensure that emergency resuscitation is available in the hospital,Established the hospital emergency medical rescue team,participate in the rescue of patients with cardiopulmonary arrest,timely save the lives of patients,and improve the success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation.Methods Established the interdepartmental hospital emergency medical rescue team,and retrospective statistically analyze the information of 266 patients who called the hospital emergency medical rescue team.Results The rescue success rate of in-hospital emergency medical rescue team was negatively correlated with the mortality rate of in-hospital patients(P≤0.01).The hospital emergency medical rescue team effectively reduced the mortality rate of patients with cardiac respiratory arrest.Conclusion The hospital emergency medical rescue team is helpful to improve the success rate of in-patient cardiac arrest rescue,the safety of medical environment,the effectiveness of rescue,and improve the prognosis of patients.
