摘要
目的观察医院社区联合康复模式对精神分裂症患者社会功能的影响。方法将2015年1月至2018年12月在本社区登记在案的80例精神分裂症患者,根据登记时间顺序分两组,每组40例。对照组采取常规社区精神卫生服务,联合组采取医院社区联合康复模式。观察比较两组管理前后社会功能(SDSS)、精神分裂症阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS),复发率、再住院率、再就业率。结果两组患者管理后SDSS、PANSS评分较管理前明显提高,且联合组各项评分明显高于对照组,管理组与对照组患者复发率(2.50%vs.22.50%),再住院率(2.50%vs.20.00%),再就业率(82.50%vs.47.50%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在精神分裂症患者的康复中,采取医院社区联合康复模式,可有效减少其精神症状,改善患者社会功能,减少复发率与再住院率,明显提高患者再就业率。
Objective To observe the influence of hospital community rehabilitation model on social function of schizophrenic patients.Methods A total of 80 schizophrenic patients were registered in our community from January 2015 to December 2018.They were divided into two groups according to the time sequence of registration,with 40 cases in each group.The control group treated with routine community mental health services,and then the combined group treated with hospital-community combined rehabilitation model.The social function(SDSS),positive and negative symptoms of schizophrenia scale(PANSS),recurrence rate,re-hospitalization rate and re-employment rate were compared before and after management.Results The scores of SDSS and PANSS in the two groups were significantly higher than those before management,and the scores in the combined group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The recurrence rate(2.50%vs.22.50%),the re-hospitalization rate(2.50%vs.20.00%)and the re-employment rate(82.50%vs.47.50%)in the management group and the control group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the rehabilitation of schizophrenic patients,the hospital-community combined rehabilitation model can effectively reduce their mental symptoms,improve their social functions,reduce the recurrence rate and re-hospitalization rate,and significantly improve the re-employment rate of patients.
