摘要
目的分析中医补肾通络行瘀疗法治疗糖尿病肾病的效果。方法随机抽取2018年1月至2018年12月于本院治疗的糖尿病肾病患者82例,均进行计算机编号,单号为对照组,双号为观察组,每组41例。对照组进行常规降压、降血脂、降糖治疗,观察组同时使用中医补肾通络行瘀疗法治疗,比较两组患者肾功能指标及不良反应。结果观察组治疗后肾功能各项指标显著低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医补肾通络行瘀疗法治疗糖尿病肾病效果显著,肾功能改善效果理想,不良反应显著降低,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of TCM therapy of invigorating the kidney,dredging collaterals and promoting blood stasis on diabetic nephropathy.Methods A random sample of 82 patients with diabetic nephropathy who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018.The experimental patients were numbered by computer,the single number was the control group and the double number was the observation group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine antihypertensive,hypolipidemic and hypoglycemic treatments,and the observation group was treated with TCM therapy for invigorating the kidney,dredging collaterals and promoting blood stasis at the same time.The renal function indexes and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The renal function indexes of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The TCM therapy of tonifying the kidney,dredging collaterals and promoting blood stasis is effective in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy,the effect of improving renal function is ideal,and the adverse reactions are significantly reduced,it is worthy of clinical application.
