摘要
腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)属于脊柱外科中常见多发性疾病,在青壮年人群中高发,常由于腰椎间盘的退行性改变造成对神经的压迫而引发腰酸背痛、下肢放射痛麻木、乏力等临床症状,LDH具有病程长、难治疗、易反复的特点。当前阶段,对于LDH的治疗主要通过手术及保守来治疗。手术治疗创伤大且存在较高并发症风险以及费用高,多数患者更易接受保守疗法。针刀作为临床治疗LDH常用的中医保守疗法之一,具有创伤小、疗效确切、经济安全的优势,近年来临床运用愈发广泛。现主要从针刀治疗LDH机制研究及临床应用进行综述,旨在为临床医师提供参考。
Lumbar disc herniation(LDH)is a common multiple disease in spine surgery,which is highly prevalent in the young and middle-aged population.It is often caused by nerve compression caused by degenerative changes of the lumbar disc,resulting in clinical symptoms such as backache,lower limb radiation pain,numbness,fatigue,etc.LDH has a long course of disease,difficult to treat,and easy to repeat.At present,the treatment of LDH is mainly through surgery and conservative treatment.Most patients are more likely to receive conservative treatment due to the high trauma,high risk of complications and high cost.Acupotomology,as one of the traditional Chinese medicine conservative therapies commonly used in clinical treatment of LDH,has the advantages of less trauma,accurate curative effect and economic safety.In recent years,acupotomology has been widely used in clinical practice.This article mainly reviews the mechanism research and clinical application of acupotomology in treating LDH,aiming to provide reference for clinicians.
