张力腿平台模块钻机井架设计及风动力学分析 被引量:1

摘要 针对流花油田TLP平台示范开发工程项目,开展了张力腿平台模块钻机关键设备应用研究。在分析3150 kN井架设计要求的基础上,确定了井架的主要技术参数和结构方案,即采用单斜瓶颈式塔形结构,有效高度46.6 m。应用SACS有限元分析软件,在钻井作业工况、风暴载荷和拖航工况3种工况下对井架的强度和稳定性进行计算分析。结果表明,在钻井作业工况下,UC值最大为0.96,位于绞车侧井架上部立柱,小于允许值1.0。井架材料的综合利用率较高,结构设计满足API SPEC 4F规范要求。利用SACS软件对井架进行模态分析,井架低阶固有频率超过1 Hz,不属于风敏感结构。当风暴作用频率接近3.2 Hz时,可能对井架产生共振破坏。 For the Liuhua Oilfield TLP platform demonstration development project,the application research on key equipment of the TLP module-drilling rig was carried out.Based on the analysis of design requirements for the 3150 kN derrick,the main technical parameters and structure of the derrick have been determined,which is monoclinic bottleneck style tower structure with the effective height of 46.6 m.The strength and stability of the designed derrick have been verified and analyzed under operation condition,storm condition and towing condition by using FEA software SACS.The results show that the maximum UC value 0.96 which is less than the allowed value 1.0.The material utilization of the derrick is high,and the design of the derrick conforms to API SPEC 4F standard.The modal analysis of the derrick using SPSS software shows that the low-order natural frequency of the derrick exceeds 1 Hz,which is not a wind-sensitive structure.When the frequency of the storm is close to 3.2 Hz,resonance damages to the derrick may occur.The results could provide references for the design and development of the derrick for TLP module drilling rig.
