摘要
在医院"双一流"建设过程中,一支能支撑起一流学科创新发展的人才队伍是关键。高校附属专科医院不仅拥有较高的专科学术地位、初具规模的研究人才、所属高校入选"双一流学科建设大学"等优势和机会,还面临部分亚专科人才梯队不完备、多学科支撑薄弱、公立综合医院快速发展和民营专科医院涌现等劣势和威胁。必须要牢牢抓住人才队伍建设,通过引育创新型人才、完善临床研究专职人员队伍建设、注重医工学科交叉融合、制订有效的人才激励机制、注重医院文化建设等措施,才能推动医院向研究型专科医院转型。
In the process of"double first-class"hospital construction,a talent team that can support the innovation and development of first-class disciplines is the key. College affiliated hospitals not only have advantages and opportunities such as high academic status,research talents with initial scale,and the affiliated universities were selected as "double first-class discipline construction universities",but also face disadvantages and threats such as incomplete echelon of some sub-specialists and weak multidisciplinary support,rapid development of public general hospitals and emergence of private specialized hospitals. We must firmly grasp the construction of talent team,by introducing innovative talents,improving the construction of clinical research full-time staff,paying attention to the cross-integration of medical and engineering disciplines,formulating effective talent incentive mechanism,paying attention to the construction of hospital culture and other measures,so as to promote the transformation of hospitals into research-oriented specialized hospitals.
