摘要
目的调查国内三级公立医院医疗输送服务现状,分析医疗输送运行中存在的问题,以期为医院医疗输送规范管理提供借鉴和理论依据。方法采用便利抽样方法,应用自行设计的调查问卷,对国内24所三级公立医院医疗输送服务现况进行调查,分析存在的问题。结果医疗输送工作范围界限模糊,医院医疗输送人力存在空缺,输送服务培训缺乏针对性,医疗输送管理体系欠完善,患者等候检查的时间长,输送服务满意度欠佳。结论为保障患者安全,提高服务满意度,迫切需要建立规范的输送服务管理机制,完善在职培训与考核体系,借力绩效杠杆,提高输送人员队伍的积极性。
Objective To investigate the status of medical delivery service in tertiary public hospitals,analyze the problems in medical delivery service and provide reference and theoretical basis for standardized management of medical delivery in hospitals. Methods Convenience sampling was used,the status of medical transportation system in 24 tertiary hospitals in china were investigated and analyzed by using self-designed questionnaires. Results The scope of medical delivery work is blurred;There is a gap in medical delivery manpower;Delivery service training is not targeted;The medical delivery management system is not perfect;the patients’ waiting time is still long and the satisfaction of delivery service is not good.Conclusion To ensure patient safety and improve service satisfaction,there is an urgent need to establish a standardized delivery service management system,improve on-the-job training and assessment system,take advantage of the performance appraisal to improve the health care delivery workers’ job enthusiasm.
