摘要
为说明不同基准下煤的挥发分产率的差异,测定计算了晋能集团有限公司的11个煤种在不同基准下的挥发分产率,并进一步计算了相对标准偏差。结果表明,干燥无灰基挥发分产率与空气干燥基挥发分产率之间的相对标准偏差受空气干燥基水分和空气干燥基灰分产率共同影响,往往是空气干燥基灰分产率影响更大,引起的相对标准偏差甚至可高达50%以上。因此,化验员在填写数据报告时,必须标明各检验项目的基准,以保证煤的工业分析工作的顺利、准确开展。
Volatile matter in different datum of 11 coal species of Jincheng Energy Group Co.,Ltd.,has been measured and calculated to illustrate the difference of volatile matter of coal in different datum,and the relative standard deviation has been further calculated.Results show that the relative standard deviation between volatile matter of coal in a dry ash-free base and that of coal in an air-drying base is affected by both moisture of the air-dry base and the ash yield of the air-dry base,and the latter has a greater impact,causing the relative standard deviation even up to 50%or more.Therefore,the laboratory staff should indicate the benchmark of each inspection item when reporting the data,which ensures the smooth and accurate development of the coal analysis work.
