摘要
国家医改已进入深水区,DRG支付方式改革快速推进,三级公立医院绩效考核实施,对公立医院的发展带来了极大的挑战,也对医院的精细化管理提出了更高要求。商丘市第一人民医院于2011年建立了具有医院特色的简版RBRVS绩效模式,并取得良好的成效。文章通过对国家医改政策、医院传统绩效模式及本院绩效模式的综合分析,探讨如何在医院原有绩效管理模式的基础上,引入DRG绩效评价体系进行医疗服务质量绩效管理,建立一套符合时代发展且科学、公平、有效、持续促进医院发展的绩效激励模式。
The national medical reform has entered the deep water area.The rapid advancement of DRG payment methods,and the implementation of the performance evaluation of tertiary public hospital have brought great challenges to the development of public hospitals.These changes also bring higher requirements for refined management.The hospital established a simplified version of the RBRVS performance appraisal model with the characteristics of the hospital.Good achievements have been gained.Through a comprehensive analysis of the national medical reform policy,the traditional performance model and the hospital’s performance model are comprehensively analyzed to research how to introduce the DRG performance evaluation system to perform medical service quality performance management on the basis of the hospital’s original performance management model.Eventually a scientific,fair,effective and sustainable mechanism model in line with the development of the times,which will continuously promote the development of hospital.
