摘要
高职宠物养护与驯导专业是否能够培养出高素质技术技能人才,主要的切入点就是深化职业教育改革,而落脚点体现在典型工作岗位的实践课程设置,以及就业实习与企业岗位的匹配度上。通过对辽宁职业学院高职宠物养护与驯导专业的研究,提出了创新教学基地管理体制机制、完善校企合作一体化课程体系、建立企业真实场景校内实训基地、建设校外实习就业一体化教学基地的实施途径与方法。
Whether higher vocational pet care and domestication specialty can cultivate high-quality skilled talent,the main point is to deepen the reform of vocational education,and the foothold is reflected in the practical curriculum setting of typical job positions,as well as the matching degree between employment internship and enterprise positions.By studying higher vocational pet care and domestication specialty in Liaoning Vocational College,this paper puts forward the implementation approaches and methods of innovating the management system of the teaching base,perfecting the integrated curriculum system of school-enterprise cooperation,establishing campus training base simulating the real scene of enterprises,and constructing the off-campus internship and employment integration teaching base.
