摘要
目的探讨总结和平方舟医院船赴南太平洋四国医疗服务的门诊护理岗位的设定。方法通过文献检索、专家咨询等,设立门诊护理岗位。集中对门诊护士进行英语、专科、文化、应急四方面进行培训,确保门诊护理任务的顺利完成。结果通过科学的岗位设定及培训,高质量地完成既定目标。结论通过文献参考及专家咨询,科学地设立岗位和培训计划,可高效地完成南太四国门诊护理工作。
Objective To explore and summarize the setting of outpatient nursing posts in four countries in the South Pacific.Methods The outpatient nursing posts were set up through literature retrieval,expert consultation,etc.To ensure the successful completion of outpatient nursing tasks,training for outpatient nurses was focused on English,specialty,culture and emergency.Results Through scientific post setting and training,the set goals were achieved with high quality.Conclusion Through literature reference and expert consultation,posts and training plan can be established scientifically,and thus outpatient nursing work can be completed efficiently.
