摘要
传统农药喷洒机在大坡度山地作业时会大幅降低效率,因此针对大坡度山地果园研发了一款双向全方位农药喷洒机,并进行了试验验证。结果表明:当农药喷洒机具行进速度为1m/s、送风强度为8m/s、喷头与树冠层间距为0.5m时,竖直喷药模式的施药效果较好。按照相同条件下,对45°倾斜式喷药模式与竖直喷药模式的喷药效果进行试验比较,结果表明:当果树树冠层雾滴覆盖率为78.8%与82.6%时,农药沉积密度为107滴/cm^2与110滴/cm^2;冠层底部雾滴覆盖率为30.7%与16.2%时,农药沉积密度为65滴/cm^2与36滴/cm^2,冠层各部分农药覆盖率皆符合喷药标准,双向全自动农药喷洒机能够满足作业要求,可以对病虫进行有效防治。
A two-way omnidirectional pesticide sprayer is developed for large-slope mountain garden,and the results show that when the pesticide spraying machine moves at 1m/s,the air supply intensity is 8m/s,and the distance between sprinkler and canopy layer is 0.5m,the application effect of vertical spraying mode is better.The spray effect of 45°inclined spray mode and vertical spraying mode is tested according to the same conditions.When the spray coverage rate of the fruit tree is 78.8%and 82.6%,the pesticide deposition density of pesticide is 107 drops.When the bottom droplet coverage of/cm^2 and 110 drops/cm^2,is 30.7%and 16.2%,the pesticide deposition density of 65 drops/cm^2 and 36 drops/cm^2,is in accordance with the spraying standard.The two-way automatic pesticide sprinkler can meet the operational requirements and can effectively control the diseases and pests.
