摘要
中国共产党在革命、建设和改革的百年奋斗历程中始终重视对人才的培育,不同发展时期中都有相应的“新人”培育目标。党的十八大以来,习近平总书记高度重视青年工作,提出“培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人”,并在许多重要场合阐述了培育时代新人的重要性。梳理习近平总书记关于时代新人重要论述,明晰时代新人应当具备深厚的爱国情怀、崇高的道德品质、强烈的责任担当和敏锐的创新精神等基本素养,有利于加深对“培养什么样的人”的理解,深入探索时代新人培育的实现路径。
The cultivation of talents has been taken seriously throughout the hundred years'revolution,construction and reform of Communist Party of China.There are corresponding goals of cultivating the new talents in different ages of development.Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,General Secretary Xi Jinping highly attaches importance to the youth work.He raised the question'what kinds of persons to cultivate'and find the way to cultivate new talents of the times by sorting out the basis of the important discussions about the new talents of the times made by General Secretary Xi Jinping and clarifying the basic characteristics including the spirits of patriotism,morality,responsibility and innovation that the new talents of the times must possess.
