摘要
采用一种氮-磷系无卤阻燃剂、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、30%的玻璃纤维以及其他助剂对聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)进行改性,研究阻燃剂和PET含量对PBT材料燃烧行为、力学性能、电学性能、热变形温度以及翘曲性等性能的影响。研究表明,阻燃剂质量分数为15%,PET质量分数为10%时,30%玻璃纤维增强PBT复合材料的燃烧等级达到UL94 V-0(1.6 mm),相对耐漏电起痕指数(CTI)为600 V,其综合性能最优异。
Polybutylene terephthalate(PBT)was modified by nitrogen and phosphorus compound halogen-free flame retardant,polyethylene terephthalate(PET),30%glass fiber and other additives.The effects of flame retardant and PET contents on the combustion behavior,mechanical properties,electrical properties,heat distortion temperature and warpage of PBT materials were studied.The study shows when the content of flame retardant is 15%and the content of PET is 10%,the flame retardant performance of 30%glass fiber reinforced PBT composite can reach UL94 V-0(1.6 mm),comparative tracking index( CTI )could achieve 600 V,and its comprehensive performance is the best.
