摘要
通过网格刮擦测试、耐老化析出测试、力学性能测试等方法研究了不同分子量、不同分子结构、不同载体、不同含量的硅酮助剂对车用聚丙烯(PP)复合材料综合性能的影响。结果表明,有效成分为超高分子量改性聚硅氧烷的硅酮母粒GM-5002S对PP复合材料的耐刮擦提升最明显,并且对复合材料的力学性能和外观的不良影响最小。当添加2%~3%的GM-5002S时,PP复合材料的划痕色差即可稳定至1.0以下。
The effects of silicone additives with different molecular weight,molecular structure,different carrier and varying content on the comprehensive properties of vehicle polypropylene(PP)composites were studied by cross-hatch method,thermal aging test and mechanical property test.The results show that GM-5002S,which is composed of modified polysiloxane and PP,endows the vehicle polypropylene(PP)composites the best scratch resistance,the mechanical properties and appearance.The scratch value of PP composite can be reduced to less than 1.0 when GM-5002S content is 2%~3%.
