摘要
233 t 12Cr2Mo1V加氢钢锭超声检测时,发现水口端有Φ3~4 mm密集缺陷,解剖缺陷部位后采用扫描电镜能谱分析手段,确定了该缺陷主要为高熔点的MgO·Al2O3、CaO·MgO·Al2O3夹杂物。分析夹杂物来源,确定了钢锭无损检测不合格的主要原因,为冶炼生产高质量加氢钢锭提供依据。
When ultrasonic inspection of 233 t 12Cr2Mo1V hydrogenated ingot,it was found that there were Φ3~4 mm clustered defects at the gate end.By using scanning electron microscopy energy spectrum analysis after anatomy of the defect,it has been determined that the defect is mainly MgO·Al2O3,CaO·MgO·Al2O3 inclusions with high melting point.The source of inclusions has been analyzed and the main reason for the failure of non-destructive testing of steel ingots has been determined,which provided a basis for smelting and producing high-quality hydrogenated steel ingots.
