摘要
目的:构建一套指导区域内不同类型医疗卫生机构的网络安全建设的规划框架。方法:采取问卷调研、现场调研、在线信息填报和分析等保测评报告等多种方式进行需求分析,分析判断目前所采取的安全技术措施和管理措施与等级保护新标准要求之间的差距,分析安全技术方面存在的问题,形成安全技术建设整改的基本安全需求。结果:形成了四份规划框架,分别指导区域内社区卫生服务中心、医院、直属机构和区卫生信息平台的建设。结论:卫生信息化的建设正在向云计算、大数据、人工智能、移动医疗、互联网的方向发展,网络安全的形式更加严峻,智慧医疗的前行离不开网络安全护航。
Objective:To construct a set of guidelines about construction of the network security for different types of medical and health institutions in the region.Methods:Through questionnaire survey,field investigation,online information filling and analysis security assessment reports,we analyzed and judged the gap between the current security technology measures and management measures and the requirements of the new level protection standards,analyzed the existing problems in security technology,and formed the basic security needs of security technology construction rectification.Results:Four guidelines were formed to guide the construction of community health service center,hospital,directly affiliated institutions and district health information platform.Conclusion:The construction of health information is developing in the direction of cloud computing,big data,artificial intelligence,mobile medicine and internet.Network security is more severe.The development of intelligent medicine can not be separated from network security escort.
