摘要
为规范管理地铁施工人员的行为,科学制定行为安全管理制度,基于行为安全“2-4”模型,结合地铁施工环境复杂、班组作业交叉、人员流动性大等特点,从直接、间接、根本、根源4个层面分析事故原因,从安全管理体系及安全文化2方面,对地铁工程安全管理措施提出可行性建议。结果表明:行为安全“2-4”模型对地铁工程安全管理制度的制定有着科学指导意义,对安全管理体系的构建与安全文化的营造有着理论支持。
In order to standardize the behavior management of subway construction personnel and scientifically formulate the behavior safety management system,based on the behavior safety"2-4"model,combined with the characteristics of complex subway construction environment,cross team operation and large personnel mobility,the accident causes are analyzed from four aspects of direct,indirect,fundamental and root causes.The feasible suggestions on safety management measures of subway project is put forward from two aspects of safety management system and safety culture.The results show that the behavior safety"2-4"model has a scientific guiding significance in the formulation of subway project safety management system,and has theoretical support for the construction of safety management system and safety culture.
