一种混凝土快速修复材料的组成设计研究

摘要 通过单因素试验,确定了快速修复材料中减水剂、早强剂、缓凝剂、消泡剂、石膏等组成材料的适宜掺量。利用正交设计实验,考核修复材料的4 h、1 d抗折及抗压强度,选取最优水平,确定了配制快速修复材料的最优条件:胶砂比为1∶1.3,细骨料为Ⅱ区天然砂,乳液种类为聚丙烯酸酯—聚氨酯共聚物,聚灰比为3%,水胶比0.30,石膏掺量6%,减水剂1.5%,早强剂1%,缓凝剂0.12%,消泡剂0.1%。以上述条件配制的快速修复材料4 h抗压/抗折强度为37.0/6.90 MPa,1 d抗压/抗折强度为68.8/11.42 MPa。所配制的浆体流动性达310 mm,可实现自流平和用于压浆灌注裂缝。 By single-factor experiments,the suitable content of water-reducing agent,hardening accelerator,retarder,defoamer,gypsum and other components in the rapid-repairing material is determined.The orthogonal design experiments are carried out to evaluate the flexural and compressive strength of the rapid-repairing materials(4 h and 1 d),with the optimum conditions chosen,upon the basis of which the optimum conditions for preparing of rapid-repairing materials are determined:the ratio of cement to sand is 1∶1.3,the fine aggregate is the natural sand in ZoneⅡ,the Polyacrylate-Polyurethane Copolymer is used as the emulsion,the ratio of polymer to cement is 3%,the water-to-cement ratio is 0.30,the dosage of gypsum content is 6%,the dosage of water reducer is 1.5%,and the dosage of hardening accelerator is 1%,the dosage of retarder is 0.12%and the dosage of defoamer is 0.1%.The results show that,when the rapid-repairing material is prepared under the above-mentioned conditions,the compressive/flexural strength of 4 h is 37.0/6.90 MPa,and that of 1 d is 68.8/11.42 MPa.The fluidity of the prepared slurry is 310 mm,which can realize self-leveling and thus can be used for grouting cracks.
