摘要 设备可靠运行是保障选煤厂正常生产的先决条件。为提高设备管理水平,及时掌握设备状态。我国各类选煤厂都对机电设备的维护与管理投入了相应的资金和精力,并总结出了相对完善且有效的技术理论。基于选煤厂机电设备检测信息,设计一种机电设备状态远程监测平台系统。本文从设计原则、架构设计、状态监测等方面进行分析。 Reliable operation of equipment is a prerequisite for ensuring normal production of coal preparation plant.In order to improve the level of equipment management,timely grasp the status of equipment.All kinds of coal preparation plants in China have invested corresponding funds and energy for the maintenance and management of mechanical and electrical equipment,and summed up a relatively perfect and effective technical theory.Based on the detection information of mechanical and electrical equipment in coal preparation plant,a remote monitoring platform system for mechanical and electrical equipment status is designed.This paper analyzes the design principles,architecture design,state monitoring and other aspects.
