摘要
协商民主的复兴,不是对当今世界占主导地位的选举代议制民主的抛弃与替代,而是在反思和批判基础上对现行选举代议制民主弊端的纠偏。协商民主不仅意味着对自由、平等启蒙现代性价值理想的重新理解,还意味着对实现这些价值目标之致思路径的重新思考与重新规划,因而也就意味着对新的社会文化条件的诉求与期待。
Revival of deliberative democracy is not abandon or replacement of electoral representative democracy,but the rectification of current electoral representative democracy based on reflection and criticism.Deliberative means re-understanding of the enlightenment modernity value such as freedom and equality,means re-understanding and re-planning of the thinking path to realize these value objective,so it also means the appealing and expecting of new social cultural conditions.
