特高压氧化锌避雷器受潮缺陷试验分析 被引量:13

摘要 特高压氧化锌避雷器作为特高压输电中限制过电压的一种保护电气设备,其性能优劣直接关系到电网能否安全稳定运行。为了有效监测氧化锌避雷器的在线运行状态,及时发现缺陷,避免重大事故的发生,笔者以1 000 kV氧化锌避雷器为研究对象,利用光纤温度测试仪、红外成像仪以及阻性电流测试仪对特高压氧化锌避雷器单节受潮情况下其内、外温度分布特性以及电气参数进行了试验研究。研究结果表明:光纤测温法能准确分析氧化锌避雷器内部温度分布特性,可作为在线监测手段之一;红外测温法可有效判断氧化锌避雷器外部温度分布状况;特高压氧化锌避雷器最上节受潮时,其受潮节温度变化最明显,其相邻节次之,其余节温度变化不大;电气参数对特高压氧化锌避雷器单节受潮反应灵敏度不够,不能作为在线监测手段。 UHV zinc oxide arrester is a kind of electrical equipment which limits overvoltage in UHV transmission. Its performance is directly related to the safe and stable operation of power grid. In order to effectively monitor the running state on line and to find defects and avoid serious accidents,the author takes the 1 000 kV zinc oxide arrester as the research object and uses the optical fiber temperature tester.The characteristics of internal and external temperature distribution,electrical parameters of UHV zinc oxide arrester under single dampness were studied by infrared imager and resistive current tester. The results show that the optical fiber temperature measurement method can accurately analyze the internal temperature distribution of zinc oxide arrester and can be used as one of the online monitoring methods,and the infrared temperature measurement method can effectively judge the external temperature distribution of zinc oxide arrester. When the upper section of the UHV zinc oxide arrester is damped,the temperature of the dampened section is the most obvious,and the temperature of the adjacent section is the same as that of the other nodes. The electrical parameters are not sensitive to the hygroscopic response of UHV zinc oxide arrester and can not be used as an online monitoring method.
