摘要
近年来,实现由传统图书馆向智慧图书馆的转型发展已经成为图书馆行业的共识。人脸识别技术有效地集成了模式识别技术、图像处理技术、大数据技术、物联网技术等,因此,在助力到馆读者信息登记与统计、丰富读者自助服务、助力构建读者画像数据库、助力馆舍安全管理的升级等方面有着深厚的潜力可以挖掘。有鉴于此,图书馆应当积极引入人脸识别技术,从而进一步提升服务效能,进一步改善读者体验,进而实现由传统图书馆向智慧图书馆的转型发展。
In recent years,the realization of the transformation from traditional library to intelligent library has become the consensus of the public library industry.Face recognition technology effectively integrates pattern recognition technology,image processing technology,big data technology and Internet of things technology.Therefore,it has a deep potential in the library information registration and statistics,more rich self-service for readers,helping to build the reader portrait database,helping to upgrade the security management of the library.In view of this,the public library should actively introduce face recognition technology,so as to further improve the service efficiency,further improve the reader experience,and then realize the transformation from the traditional library to the intelligent library.
