摘要
本研究从内蒙古巴彦淖尔市乌拉特中旗某煤化工厂污水处理系统的活性污泥中分离出一株苯酚降解菌,命名为B4,对其进行含酚废水处理的实验研究。结果显示:当pH为7,初始苯酚浓度为500 mg·L^-1,NaCl浓度为0.5g·L^-1时,COD去除率为91.76%。
In this work,a phenol-degrading bacteria was screened from activated sludge of sewage treatment system in Bayannur of Inner Mongolia,named as B4.The degradation capacity of the bacterial consortium to treat with phenol wastewater was analyzed.The results show that the maximum removal rate of COD was 91.76%,with the initial phenol concentration of 500 mg·L^-1,NaCl concentration of 0.5 g·L^-1,and pH7.
