摘要
目的分析济南市全血献血者的人口学特征、血液检测结果及影响血液检测结果的人群特征,以期识别低风险人群,为制定献血者招募策略提供理论依据。方法基于山东省血液中心档案管理系统中的采供血专业电子档案,对2016-2018年,本血站全血献血者的人口学特征和血液检测结果进行统计分析,并进一步分析影响血液检测结果的人群特征。采用一般描述性统计分析,χ2检验和多因素Logistic回归进行统计学分析。结果济南市2016-2018年无偿献血群体的血液检测结果总体不合格率为6.61‰(1 076/162 713),其中ALT不合格率最高,为4.42‰(719/162 713)。男性提高血液不合格的风险;学生、研究生教育水平、重复献血者降低血液不合格风险。结论济南市无偿献血者中,学生、研究生教育水平、重复献血者为相对低风险的献血群体,应提高其在献血队伍中的比例;男性血液不合格风险高于女性,应针对性的加强对男性献血者生活方式的宣传教育和健康咨询工作。
Objective To analyze the demographic characteristics, blood test results, and population characteristics influencing blood test results of whole blood donors in Jinan,aimed at identifying low-risk population and providing scientific references for the recruitment and retention of blood donors. Methods The demographic characteristics and blood test results of whole blood donors in Shandong Blood Center from 2016 to 2018 were statistically analyzed, and the population characteristics influencing blood test results were further analyzed, based on blood sampling and distributing archives from the archives management system of Shandong Blood Center. Statistical analysis was performed using descriptive statistical analysis, chi-square test and multivariate logistic regression. Results The total deferral rate due to positive screening tests in Jinan from 2016 to 2018 was 6.61‰(1 076/162 713), and most were deferred by ALT 4.42‰(719/162 713). The risk of deferral was elevated by male, and lowered by students, population with graduate degree and repeat donors. Conclusion Students, donors with graduate degree and repeat donors were relatively low-risk donor groups in Jinan, therefore the recruitment of these targeted donors should be enhanced. Health consultation and the publicity & education towards blood donation should be strengthened in males, as the deferral incidence was higher in males than females.
