摘要
探讨技术逻辑导向对新创企业创新行为的作用机制,以及在技术逻辑导向下新创企业创新行为对创新绩效的影响。基于新创企业的发展阶段,实证研究技术逻辑导向、创新行为与创新绩效之间的关系。研究发现技术逻辑导向下新创企业技术创新行为与组织制度创新行为在不同的发展阶段耦合形式不同:在创建阶段,新创企业会仅采取技术创新行为;在生存阶段,新创企业会同时采取技术创新行为与组织制度创新行为,但会以组织制度创新为主、技术创新为辅;在成长阶段,新创企业也会同时采取两种创新行为,但此时会以技术创新为主而以组织制度创新为辅。采取技术逻辑导向战略在一定程度上会提升新创企业的创新绩效。
This paper mainly discusses the mechanism of technological logic orientation on innovation behavior of start-ups,and the impact of the innovation behavior of start-ups on the innovation performance under the technological logic orientation.Based on the development stages of start-ups,the paper empirically studies the relationship between technological logic orientation,innovation behavior and innovation performance,and finds that the coupling forms of technological innovation behavior and organizational institution innovation behavior are different in different development stages of start-ups under the technological logic orientation:only technological innovation behavior is adopted at the founding stage;at the survival stage,start-ups will adopt technological innovation behavior and organizational institution innovation behavior at the same time,but organizational institution innovation behavior will be the main and technological innovation behavior is the auxiliary;at the growth stage,start-ups will also adopt two kinds of innovation behaviors at the same time,but in this stage,technological innovation behavior will be the main and organizational institution innovation behavior will be the auxiliary,to a certain extent,adopting the strategy of technological logic orientation will improve the innovation performance of start-ups.
