高参数超超临界汽轮机关键部件用材性能验证平台研究

Study of Material Performance Verification Platform for the Key Parts of High Parameter Ultra-supercritical Steam Turbine

摘要 将高温参数超超临界汽轮机关键部件用材的性能验证分为4个阶段:试验室验证阶段、模拟工况条件验证阶段、部分工况条件实际运行验证阶段、完整工况条件实际运行验证阶段,并综述了国内外汽轮机关键部件用材性能验证现状,对高参数汽轮机关键部件用材性能验证建设给出了建议。 Four phases are classified for material performance verification platform for key parts of high parameter ultra-super critical steam turbine: labatory testing, verification of simulating working condition, actual operation verification at partial working condition, actual operation verification at complete working condition, and introduces modern material performance verification platform for steam turbine in China and aboard, and gives suggestions for the material performance verification platform construction for key parts of high parameter ultra-super critical steam turbine.
