新型冠状病毒肺炎期间重症监护室护士排班模式的探索与实践 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨收治新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的重症监护室护士排班的新模式,提高疫情下重症监护室的护理管理质量。方法新型冠状病毒疫情期间,我院重症监护室由原来的APN排班模式改为层级责任动态排班制。结果累计接收全市重症新冠肺炎患者100例,实现了医护人员零感染、ICU转出患者零重返、患者治愈率99%,提高了重症监护室的护理质量。结论新型冠状病毒肺炎期间重症监护室所采用的层级责任动态排班制有利于提高重症监护室护士工作的主观能动性和团队精神,减少了护理差错和事故的发生,提高了对新冠患者的连续护理质量,有效控制了感染,提高了患者治愈率,提升了护理管理质量。 Objective To explore a new model of nurse scheduling in intensive care unit(ICU)for patients with novel coronavirus pneumonia,and to improve the quality of nursing management in ICU under epidemic situation.Methods During the epidemic period of new coronavirus,the intensive care unit of our hospital changed from the original APN scheduling model to the hierarchical responsibility dynamic scheduling system.Results A total of 100 patients with severe new coronary pneumonia were received cumulatively,which achieved zero infection of medical staff,zero return of patients transferred out of ICU,a cure rate of 99%,and improved the nursing quality in intensive care unit.Conclusion The dynamic scheduling system of hierarchical responsibility used in intensive care unit during new coronavirus pneumonia is beneficial to improve the subjective initiative and team spirit of nurses in intensive care unit,reduce the occurrence of nursing errors and accidents,improve the continuous nursing quality for patients with new coronary artery disease,effectively control the infection,improve the cure rate of patients and improve the quality of nursing management.
