摘要 阐述湖北华电襄阳发电有限公司二期2×640 MW机组采用的协调控制系统的原理,分析机组在进行升降负荷时锅炉与汽轮机之间能量平衡关系,针对机组投运初期协调控制系统在负荷升降过程中存在的主汽压力和负荷相互适应能力差的问题以及投入AGC后升降负荷速度慢的情况进行深入分析,找出问题的根本原因,通过采取有效的优化措施,并进行AGC方式下负荷升降试验,验证优化工作取得良好效果。 The principle of coordinated control system adopted by the second phase of 2×640 MW unit in Hubei Huadian Xiangyang Power Generation Co.,Ltd.This paper analyzes the energy balance relationship between boiler and steam turbine during load lifting and lowering.Aiming at the problem of poor mutual adaptability between main steam pressure and load in the process of load lifting and lowering in the initial stage of unit operation,as well as the slow load lifting and lowering speed after AGC is put into operation,the root cause of the problem is found out.Therefore,by taking effective optimization measures and carrying out load lifting test under AGC mode,it is verified that the optimization work has achieved good results.
