摘要
试验评估了日粮添加不同水平的黄芪提取物对比目鱼生长性能和饲料利用的影响。选择平均体重为5.0 g的比目鱼630条,随机分为6组,每组3个重复,每个重复35条鱼。各组分别在基础日粮中添加0、0.5%、1%、2%、3%和5%的黄芪提取物。每天人工喂鱼2次,试验共开展8周。在8周饲养试验结束时,每个鱼缸随机选择10条鱼进行爱德华氏菌感染试验。结论:各组比目鱼的存活率和体增重均无显著差异(P>0.05),日粮添加2%黄芪提取物较其他组显著提高了比目鱼的比生长率(P<0.05)。对照组比目鱼在感染爱德华氏菌96 h后表现出100%的死亡,而0.5%~5%黄芪提取物组死亡率在77%~87%。与对照组相比,5%黄芪提取物组采食量显著提高(P<0.05),5%黄芪提取物组较1%~3%黄芪提取物组显著提高了蛋白效率(P<0.05)。日粮处理对比目鱼肝脏指数和外型指数的影响均无显著差异(P>0.05)。日粮不同黄芪提取物添加水平对比目鱼血清生化指标均无显著影响(P>0.05)。综上所述,日粮添加添加2%黄芩提取物可改善比目鱼的比生长率,黄芩提取物有降低比目鱼感染爱德华氏菌死亡率的作用。
The effects of different levels of astragalus extract on the growth performance and feed utilization of flounder were evaluated.630 flatfish with an average weight of 5.0g were selected and then divided into 6 groups of 3 replicates with 35 fish per replicate.Each group was fed a basic diet supplemented with 0,0.5%,1%,2%,3%and 5%astragalus extract.The fish were fed manually twice a day for 8 weeks.At the end of the 8-week feeding trial,10 fish were randomly selected for Edwardian infection in each tank.Conclusion:there was no significant difference in survival rate and body weight gain in all groups(P>0.05),and the addition of 2%astragalus extract to the diet significantly increased the specific growth rate of flatfish compared with other groups(P<0.05).The flatfish in the control group showed 100%mortality after 96 h of edwardiella infection,while the mortality in the 0.5%~5%astragalus extract group was 77%~87%.Compared with the control group,the feed intake of the 5%astragalus extract group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the protein efficiency of the 5%astragalus extract group was significantly increased compared with the 1%~3%astragalus extract group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the effect of dietary treatment on liver index and appearance index(P>0.05).There was no significant effect on serum biochemical indexes of flatfish at different dietary levels of astragalus extrac(t P>0.05).To sum up,adding 2%astragalus extract to the diet can improve the specific growth rate of flounder,and astragalus extract can reduce the death rate of flounder infected with edvard’s bacteria.
