摘要
植物多酚在畜牧业生产中使用的越来越广泛,特别是在抗生素使用受到更严格限制的情况下。黄酮类化合物是一种多酚类物质,具有抗炎和抗氧化作用。在反刍动物生长过程中,补充黄酮类化合物对反刍动物的代谢、发育和生长参数影响不大,但能降低反刍动物致病性和非致病性的腹泻程度。黄酮类化合物降低了瘤胃pH,降低了亚急性瘤胃酸中毒的炎症状态。因此,本综述旨在探讨黄酮类化合物在对反刍动物健康、生长、瘤胃发酵、泌乳和抗应激等方面的应用。
Plant polyphenols are increasingly used in livestock production,especially when antibiotic use is more restricted.Flavonoids are polyphenols with anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects.During ruminant growth,supplementation of flavonoids had little effect on metabolism,health status or growth parameters,but did reduce the severity of pathogenic and non-pathogenic diarrhea.Flavonoids decreased the rumen pH and reduced the inflammatory state of subacute rumen acidosis.Therefore,the purpose of this review is to explore the applications of flavonoids in ruminant health,growth,rumen fermentation,lactation and anti-stress.
