摘要
糖尿病是一组以高血糖为特征的代谢性疾病,该病发病率高、达标率低、并发症多,治疗缺乏特效的方法。天人相应思想是中医学的理论基础,本文从天人相应思想来论治糖尿病,通过人与自然相统一的观点,运用比类取象的方法,发现糖尿病的发生发展规律与自然界中水土流失相类似,进而从水土流失的治理方法来探讨糖尿病的中医治疗,从而达到一个指导性的作用。
Diabetes is a group of metabolic diseases characterized by hyperglycemia,with high incidence,low compliance rate,and many complications.The correspondence of human body and natural environment theory is the theoretical basis of traditional Chinese medicine.This paper discusses the treatment of diabetes from the correspondence of human body and natural environment theory.Through the view of the unity of human and nature,and the method of comparison and analogy,it is found that the occurrence and development law of diabetes is similar to that of water and soil loss in nature,and then the treatment of diabetes in traditional Chinese medicine is discussed from the treatment of water and soil loss,so as to achieve a guiding role.
