摘要
制造业服务化作为制造业与服务业融合发展的新型产业形态,不仅有利于经济高质量发展,而且具有积极的节能效应。本文利用中国30个省级分行业的动态面板数据,系统考察了制造业服务化对能源强度的影响效应及其内在机制。结果表明,制造业服务化与能源强度之间存在显著且稳健的负向影响关系,并且该节能效果存在地域、要素密集度的差异。机制检验证实,技术创新效应、要素结构优化效应和规模扩张效应是制造业服务化影响能源强度的有效机制;其中,制造业服务化通过技术创新和要素结构优化的中介效应降低了能源强度,而规模扩张会导致能源强度的短暂“回弹”,但三者之间的“净”效应表现为对能源强度的负向抑制作用。此外,无论从中介效应的相对大小还是具体作用过程看,要素结构优化效应的节能效果最为有效。本文的研究结论对实现经济的绿色可持续发展具有借鉴意义。
As a new industrial form of the integration and development of service industry and manufacturing industry,manufacturing servitization is not only conducive to high-quality economic development,but also has an energy-saving effect.Using the dynamic panel data of 30 provincial sub-sectors in China,this paper systematically investigates the effect of manufacturing servitization on energy intensity and the mechanism.The results show that there is a significant and robust negative influence relationship between manufacturing servitization and energy intensity,and the energy-saving effect differs from region to region and due to factor intensity differences.The mechanism test proves that the technological innovation effect,factor structure optimization effect and scale expansion effect are the mechanisms for manufacturing servitization to affect energy intensity.Notably,the servitization of manufacturing reduces energy intensity through the intermediary effect of technological innovation and factor structure optimization while the scale expansion will lead to a brief“rebound”of energy intensity,but the“net”effect among the three is the negative inhibition effect on energy intensity.In addition,whether in terms of the intermediary effect or the specific action process,optimizing the structure of the elements is most effective.The conclusion of this paper sheds light on green and sustainable development of the economy.
