摘要
法治是国家治理体系和治理能力的重要依托,法治体系是国家治理体系的骨干工程。坚持在法治轨道上推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化,是习近平法治思想的核心命题之一,也是中国特色社会主义法治理论的原创性贡献。坚持以习近平法治思想为指导,要更加重视发挥全面依法治国在国家治理体系和治理能力现代化中的积极作用,推动国家治理体系更加成熟、更加定型,逐步实现国家治理制度化、程序化、规范化、法治化。
The rule of law is an important support for the national governance system and governance capacity.The rule of law system is the backbone project of the national governance system.It is one of the core propositions of Xi Jinping Thought on the rule of law as well as an original contribution to the theory of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics to persistently promote the modernization of China’s governance system and capacity based on the rule of law.Under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on the rule of law,we need to pay more attention to the positive role of the full law-based governance in modernizing China’s governance system and governance capacity,make China’s governance system more mature and formalized,and gradually make China’s governance institutionalized,procedural,standardized,and legalized.
