摘要
针对某超高层住宅剪力墙结构涉及局部转换、大跨度异形板、平面凹凸不规则以及部分虚刚等多项设计关键问题,根据规范要求对该工程进行了结构抗震性能设计,对关键部位进行了详细的分析,提出合理的设计参数和设计措施。计算结果表明,该结构设计方案能够满足现行规范和规程的要求。
A super high-rise residence building with some key issues in this project,such as local transfer,irregular plate of largespan、irregular plane,virtual stiffness and so on.Combined with requirements of code,peformance-based seismic design was adopted,followed by a detail analysis in key parts,adequate parameters and measures of design are proposed.The results of the calculation shows that the structure design can meet can meet the requirements of current codes and regulations.
