摘要 健身气功和太极拳是中华民族文化的传承,也是优秀的传统体育项目,通过对其进行科学的检测,可以对我国民族民间的传统健身方式进行更为科学的推广。本研究主要以测量法及数据分析法对中老年人群习练的经典套路中的太极拳、健身气功二者进行运动强度、能量消耗等各项数据进行对比,从而能够使学习者从习练强度及能耗等角度更为深入的了解其学习的内容,从而基于自身的实际情况更好的开展太极拳及健身气功的学习活动,提高学习的效果。 Health Qigong and Tai Chi are the inheritance of the Chinese national culture,and are also excellent traditional sports events.By scientifically testing them,the traditional fitness methods of our national folks can be more scientifically promoted.This study mainly uses the measurement method and data analysis method to compare the sports intensity and energy consumption of Taijiquan and Health Qigong in the classic routines practiced by the middle-aged and elderly groups,so that the learner can learn from the training intensity.From the perspective of energy consumption and energy consumption,we have a deeper understanding of the content of its learning,so as to better carry out Taijiquan and Health Qigong learning activities based on its own actual situation and improve the learning effect.
