摘要
以陕西省境内的某镇为研究对象,开展了无人机倾斜摄影测量技术、三维激光扫描技术及传统测绘技术手段等多种技术融合的方法在房地一体测量工作中的应用研究,分析了无人机倾斜摄影测量技术、三维激光扫描技术在房地一体测量中的精度。研究结果表明:(1)无人机倾斜摄影测量技术、三维激光扫描技术的测量精度基本上处在项目精度要求的边缘,如果在数据生产的任何环节操作不当都容易出现精度超限的情况;(2)无人机倾斜摄影测量技术虽然能获取大部分房屋建筑的三维信息,仍无法解决由于遮挡造成的数据漏洞区,三维激光扫描技术及传统测绘技术可以从地面上对数据进行补充;(3)通过3种技术手段融合的方式可以满足精度要求,提高工作效率。
Taking a town in Shaanxi Province as the research object,this paper discusses the application of UAV tilt photogrammetry technology,three-dimensional laser scanning technology and traditional surveying and mapping technology in the integrated surveying of rural real estate and land,analysizes survey accuracy of UAV tilt photogrammetry technology and three-dimensional laser scanning technology.The results of the study show that:(1)The survey accuracy of UAV tilt photogrammetry technology and three-dimensional laser scanning technology is basically at the edge of the project accuracy requirements.If any part of data production is not operated properly,the accuracy will easily exceed the limit.(2)Although UAV tilt photogrammetry technology can obtain the three-dimensional information of most buildings,it is still unable to solve the problem of the blank data caused by overshadowed by trees or walls.3D laser scanning technology and traditional surveying and mapping technology can supplement the data from the ground.(3)Through the fusion of three technical means,the accuracy requirements can be met and the work efficiency can be improved.
