摘要
中国共产党对国家教育事业的全面领导与科学规划是我国社会主义教育事业取得举世瞩目成就的根本原因。我国在规划教育发展愿景、指引教育发展方向、规范教育实践的过程中,体现出了具有中国特色的社会主义教育建设实践智慧。其主要表现为:坚持实事求是思想路线,直面不同时期亟待破解的有关人才培养、体制建设、实践创新等方面的难题;强化历史担当责任意识,构筑以提高国民素质、推动教育现代化、建设教育强国等为目标的教育梦想;加强统筹规划,系统推进以立德树人、培育核心能力、健全教育体制、提高教育质量、促进教育公平、提升教育效能等为主要任务的教育实践向纵深发展。中国特色社会主义教育建设的实践智慧是将马克思列宁主义与我国实践相结合的融合智慧,也是中国共产党人以人民为中心,敢于担当、与时俱进的创新智慧。
Since the start of the Reform and Opening-up,the Communist Party s overall leadership and scientific planning of education cause are the fundamental reasons for China s remarkable achievements in the socialist education.Based on China s reality,the Party and the state created the practical wisdom of socialist education construction with Chinese characteristics in the process of planning the vision of education development,guiding the direction of education development and standardizing the practice of education,which are the adherence to the principle of seeking truth from facts in the face of the problems such as talents?cultivation,system construction and practical innovation that need to be solved in different periods;enhancement of the historical responsibility so as to improve the national quality,promotion of the modernization of education,and the building of powerful country in education;enhancement of overall planning for systematic promotion of cultivating talents of high moral standards,promoting core competence,establishing education system,promoting educational equality and enhancing educational efficiency.Furthermore,the practical wisdom of socialist education construction with Chinese characteristics is the wise combination of Marxism with Chinese practice,and an innovative wisdom which puts people first,takes responsibility and keeps pace with the times.
