摘要
等效串联电阻(Equivalent Series Resistance,简称ESR)作为薄膜电容器的一个重要设计参数,在DC-link电容器运行过程中,会因发热过大而缩短电容器运行寿命,给企业带来损失。设计更低的ESR,可以有效降低电容器发热,降低电容器的能量损失,从而提高电容器运行寿命。研究如何降低薄膜电容器ESR,以此提高电容器的实际运行寿命。
Equivalent Series Resistance(ESR)is an important design parameter of film capacitors.During the operation of the capacitor,the operating life of the capacitor will be shortened due to excessive heat generation,which will bring economic loss and reputation loss to the enterprise.A reasonable ESR can effectively reduce the heating of the capacitor,thereby increasing the operating life of the capacitor.This article mainly studies how to reduce the ESR of the film capacitor to increase the actual operating life of the capacitor.
