摘要
汽车发动机存在异常振动时,容易导致发动机异常损耗,使用寿命下降等问题,及时检测出发动机是否存在异常振动是解决该问题的关键。文章的设计基于英飞凌TC264DA单片机,以MPU6050模块采集发动机振动加速度,利用单片机自带的FFT模块识别处理发动机振动频率变化规律,判断发动机异常振动故障及其类型,并将诊断结果显示于TFT显示屏的硬件电路系统,实现汽车发动机振动的自动化检测,降低汽车发动机振动检测对于人工经验的依赖,提高发动机振动故障的诊断效率。
When there is abnormal vibration in automobile engine,it is easy to cause abnormal loss of engine and decrease of service life.The key to solve this problem is to detect whether there is abnormal vibration in engine in time.The design is based on Infineon TC264DA microcontroller,MPU6050 module is used to collect the engine vibration acceleration,and the FFT module of the microcontroller is used to identify and process the change law of the engine vibration frequency,and judge the abnormal vibration fault of the engine and its type,and the diagnosis results are shown in the hardware circuit system of the TFT display screen,and finally realize the automatic detection of the automobile engine vibration,reduce the dependence of the automobile engine vibration detection on manual experience,and improve the efficiency of the diagnosis of the engine vibration fault.
