摘要
神华包头煤化工有限责任公司采用煤气化制合成气生产甲醇,针对甲醇合成过程中存在的弛放气回收氢气能力不足,导致大量驰放气放空造成浪费的问题,为回收放空部分驰放气中氢气,对现有膜分离单元进行扩能改造,将合成系统驰放气中的氢气最大限度回收利用。
Shenhua Baotou Coal Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd.uses coal gasification to produce syngas to pro⁃duce methanol.Due to the lack of hydrogen recovery capacity of purge gas in methanol synthesis process,a large amount of purge gas is vented,resulting in waste.In order to recover the hydrogen from the purge gas vented,it is necessary to carry out capacity expansion transformation to the existing membrane separa⁃tion unit to recycle the hydrogen in the purge gas of the synthesis system to the maximum extent.
