摘要
金属磁粉心具有高饱和磁通密度、低磁导率和小损耗角的特征,其部分电磁特性的准确测量非常困难。现有标准中引入的测量方法难以适应金属磁粉心测量的难点和特点。由中国主导制定的标准IEC 63300金属磁粉心电磁特性测量方法是金属磁粉心标准体系中的重要组成。介绍IEC 63300标准的架构和附录,分析引入的电磁特性测量方法的原理,阐述标准中引入的空心电感准确度验证方法和直流偏磁叠加方法。
Magnetic powder cores are characterized by high saturated flux density,low relative permeability and low loss angle,so it is very difficult to accurately measure some of their electromagnetic characteristics.The methods introduced in existing standards cannot fully meet the measurement requirements for electromagnetic properties of magnetic powder cores.IEC 63300 Test methods for electrical and magnetic properties of magnetic powder cores,which led by China,is an important component of the standard system for magnetic powder cores.The main architecture and appendix architecture of IEC 63300 are introduced in this paper,the principle of the electromagnetic characteristic measurement method that is introduced in the standard are analyzed.The air-core inductor that is introduced in the standard as accuracy verification method and DC bias superposition method are analyzed in detail.
