摘要
现代学徒制是加强校企合作、深化产教融合的一种新型人才培养模式,以山西药科职业学院医疗器械维护与管理专业现代学徒制试点工作为例,总结校企合作教学模式和取得的成效,分析在招生与招工、师资队伍建设、课程体系和管理服务中存在的问题,提出了加强校企合作、注重师资队伍建设、完善课程体系和强化管理服务等措施建议。
The modern apprenticeship is a new personnel training mode that enhances school-enterprise cooperation and deepens the integration of industry and education.With the modern apprenticeship pilot work of the profession of medical device maintenance and management in Shanxi Pharmaceutical Vocational College as an example,the paper summarizes the school-enterprise cooperation teaching mode and the achievements,analyzes the problems existing in admissions and recruitment,teaching staff construction,course system and management service,and puts forward measures and suggestions of enhancing school-enterprise cooperation,emphasizing the construction of teaching staff,perfecting the curriculum system and strengthening the manage⁃ment service.
