摘要
自由锻锤生产环境恶劣,操控方式落后,人工劳动强度大,无法适应现代生产要求。本文通过分析自由锻锤的操作与控制原理,提出采用电液伺服控制系统替代目前通用的机械连杆随动机构,实现自由锻锤的自动控制及远程控制。程控自由锻锤实现了锻锤生产的集中控制,由一人操控锻锤及操作机;生产过程可采用手动、半自动及自动方式进行;各种操作方式转换方便、打击能量设置简单,并可与操作机进行联动操作。程控自由锻锤已在生产过程中得到成功应用。
The free forging hammer has a harsh production environment,backward control method,and high manual labor intensity,which cannot meet the requirements of modern production.Through the analysis of the operation and control principle of the open forging hammer,it is proposed in the text that the electro-hydraulic servo control system has been used to replace the current general mechanical linkage follow-up mechanism in order to realize the automatic control and remote control of the free forging hammer.The programmable free forging hammer realizes the centralized control of the forging hammer production.One person controls the forging hammer and the operating machine;the production process can be carried out in manual,semi-automatic and automatic modes;various operation modes are convenient to switch while the blow energy setting is simple which can be in linked operation with the operating machine.Programmable free forging hammers have been successfully used in the production process.
