摘要
激光多普勒频移对面内振动测量不敏感的特性使三维激光多普勒测振成为了一道难题。为解决此难题,各研究机构开展了相关研究并提出了多个解决方案。本文介绍了四种基于不同原理的三维激光多普勒振动测量方法——基于多个光学头的三维振动测量方法、基于一台LSV测振的三维振动测量方法、结合频闪方法的三维振动测量方法、基于单光学头的三维振动测量方法,总结每种方法的优缺点及实际应用效果,并针对测量目标坐标系设置和测量精度两方面进行了展望,未来三维激光多普勒测振技术会向未知待测目标坐标系和高精度等方向发展。
Laser Doppler frequency shift is not sensitive to internal vibration,which makes 3 D laser Doppler vibration measurement a difficult problem.To solve this problem,various research institutions have carried out relevant research and put forward several solutions.In this paper,four methods of 3 D laser Doppler vibration measurement based on different principles are introduced,including three-dimensional vibration measurement method based on multiple optical heads,three-dimensional vibration measurement method based on one LSV,three-dimensional vibration measurement method combined with stroboscopic method,and three-dimensional vibration measurement method based on single optical head.The advantages and disadvantages of each method and its practical application effect are summarized and prospected The future development direction of 3 D laser Doppler vibration measurement technology.
