摘要
在荧光物质表面包裹SiO2是提升荧光材料应用性能的有效途径。SiO2具有生物相容性高、物理化学性质稳定、机械强度高以及柔韧性良好等优点,能在提升荧光材料发光性能的同时,保持其发光性能不变,非常适合作为荧光材料的包覆基质。本文对SiO2基的荧光材料进行了分类,综述了半导体量子点、碳点、金属增强荧光、稀土金属类复合荧光材料的制备和应用的研究进展,并对SiO2基荧光材料的发展趋势进行了展望。
Wrapping SiO2 on the surface of fluorescent materials is an effective way to improve the application performance of fluorescent materials.SiO2 has the advantages of high biocompatibility, stable physicochemical properties, high mechanical strength and good flexibility etc., which can improve the luminescence performance of fluorescent materials while maintaining the same luminescence performance,so it is very suitable to be used as the coating substrate of fluorescent materials.In this paper, the classification of SiO2-based fluorescent materials is summarized, the preparation and application of semiconductor quantum dots, carbon dots, metal enhanced fluorescence and rare earth metal composite fluorescent materials are reviewed, and the development trend of SiO2-based fluorescent materials is prospected.
