摘要
研究了环氧乳液和固化剂的粘度、不挥发物质量对制备厚浆型环氧云铁中间漆的影响,结果表明,当环氧乳液的粘度低于1500 cP,且环氧乳液和固化剂的不挥发物质量均不小于70%时,能获得体积固含量大于70%的厚浆型环氧云铁中间漆。研究了云母氧化铁(MIO)的尺寸对漆膜防腐性能的影响,当MIO的尺寸在800目左右时,所得涂料能获得最优的性价比。此外,还进一步证实了所得中间漆在重防腐配套涂层中的具有优异的性能,耐盐雾性能超过2500 h,且盐雾测试后的附着力为9 MPa,是一般标准要求的3倍。
The influences of the viscosity and mass solid content of epoxy emulsion and curing agent on the preparation of thick waterborne epoxy micaceous iron oxide(MIO) intermediate coating(TEMIO) were studied. The results indicated that when the viscosity of epoxy emulsion was lower than 1500 cP and the mass solid content of epoxy emulsion and curing agent was not less than 70% we can obtain TEMIO with volumetric solid content more than 70%. Meanwhile, the effects of the sizes of MIO on the corrosion resistance of the film were also studied. When the size of MIO was about 800 mesh, the obtained coating had a best cost performance. In addition, we had further demonstrated the excellent properties of the intermediate coating in composite film which can apply in the potential area of heavy-duty coating. Especially, the composite film have the properties of salt spray resistance over 3500 h and a post-salt spray adhesion of 9 MPa, which was 3 times of the general standard requirement.
