摘要
超声引导下竖脊肌平面阻滞(ESPB)是一种新型的躯干神经阻滞技术,其结合了超声可视化技术的优点,能实时显示针尖的穿刺路径,准确地将局麻药注射到竖脊肌深面,从而有效阻滞竖脊肌平面及周围神经,获得良好的镇痛效果。ESPB不仅可以减少围术期阿片类药物的用量,而且为开放性手术提供了良好的术后镇痛效果。本文对ESPB的解剖基础、操作方法、药物选择及临床应用效果等的研究进展予以综述。
Ultrasound-guided erector spinae plane block(ESPB)is a new trunk nerve block technology.It combines the advantages of ultrasound visualization technology,can display the puncture path of needle tip in real time,accurately inject local anesthetic into the deep surface of erector spinalis muscle,so as to effectively block the plane of erector spinalis and peripheral nerves,and to obtain good analgesic effect.ESPB can not only reduce the use of opioids during perioperative period,but also provide good postoperative analgesia effect for open surgery.This article reviews the research progress in the anatomy basis,operation methods,drug selection and clinical application effect of ESPB.
