摘要
目的探讨芪地桃蛭二蝉方联合他克莫司对膜性肾病患者CD4^+、CD8^+及尿蛋白定量的影响。方法将84例膜性肾病患者随机分为对照组(42例,他克莫司)与研究组(42例,芪地桃蛭二蝉方联合他克莫司)。比较两组的外周血T细胞亚群水平、临床指标及治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组的CD8^+、血浆白蛋白水平均升高,CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+、24 h尿蛋白定量、LDL、TC水平均降低,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论芪地桃蛭二蝉方联合他克莫司治疗膜性肾病的效果显著,可有效调节机体免疫状态。
Objective To investigate the effects of Qidi Taozhi Erchan recipe combined with tacrolimus on CD4^+,CD8^+and urine protein quantification in patients with membranous nephropathy.Methods A total of 84 patients with membranous nephropathy were randomly divided into control group(42 cases,tacrolimus)and study group(42 cases,Qidi Taozhi Erchan recipe combined with tacrolimus).The levels of peripheral blood T cell subsets,clinical indicators,therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the CD8^+and the plasma albumin level in the two groups increased,and the CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+,24 h proteinuria,LDL and TC levels decreased,and those in the study group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qidi Taozhi Erchan recipe combined with tacrolimus in the treatment of membranous nephropathy has significant effect,and it can effectively regulate the immune state of the body.
